Terms of Service
These terms cover this website and the material on it. Paid engagements are governed by a separate signed agreement.
Effective August 3, 2026
1. Who these terms are between
These terms are an agreement between you and Cquenced Incorporated, a Delaware corporation trading as cQuenced. By using cquenced.com, viewing the demonstration material on it, or subscribing to updates, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. What these terms cover, and what they do not
These terms govern the public website, the demonstration pages, and the email updates you can subscribe to here.
They do not govern paid work. Engagements are set up under a separate signed agreement, typically a Master Services Agreement with one or more Statements of Work, together with a data processing agreement where personal information is involved. Where those documents and these terms disagree, those documents control for the engagement they cover.
3. Demonstration material
Parts of this site show worked examples: analyses of publicly available material, sample outputs, and illustrations of what our software produced on a given input at a given time.
- This material is provided for illustration. It is not advice, and it is not a determination of anyone's regulatory standing.
- Where an example analyses a third party's public communications, it reflects what our software identified on the date shown, against the source data named on that page. It is our reading of public information, not a statement issued by any regulator and not a statement about that third party's practices generally.
- Figures and findings change as source corpora are updated. Nothing on a demonstration page is warranted to be current.
- Some pages are access-controlled and shared for a specific purpose. If you reached one through a link given to you, do not redistribute it.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the site in any way that breaks the law or infringes someone else's rights;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its underlying systems, or any account or data that is not yours;
- probe, scan, or test the security of the site except under a written agreement with us;
- scrape, crawl, or harvest the site at a volume that degrades it for others, or in breach of robots.txt;
- copy, republish, or resell material from the site as if it were your own, beyond ordinary quotation with attribution;
- use the site to train a machine learning model without our written permission;
- circumvent an access control on a gated page, or share credentials for one.
We may suspend or block access if we reasonably believe this section has been breached. Responsible security research is welcome: see section 9.
5. Intellectual property
The site, its copy, its design, the cQuenced name and logo, and the software behind the demonstrations are owned by us or licensed to us. Nothing here transfers ownership to you.
You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link. Anything more, including reproducing a page or a substantial part of one, needs our written permission.
Third-party names, brands, and footage referenced in demonstration material remain the property of their owners. They are used to illustrate an analysis of publicly available communications and do not imply any endorsement, affiliation, or client relationship.
6. Email updates
If you subscribe, we send the updates you asked for. Every message carries an unsubscribe link and it works. You can also email us to be removed. How we handle the address you give us is set out in our Privacy Policy.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the site up but we do not promise it. We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of it, including a demonstration page, at any time and without notice. Uptime commitments, where they exist, live in the agreement for a paid engagement, not here.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising out of your use of this website. Our total liability arising out of or relating to this website will not exceed one hundred US dollars.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Liability arising under a signed engagement agreement is governed by that agreement, not by this section.
9. Reporting a security issue
If you find a vulnerability, email support@cquenced.com with "security" in the subject line and give us a reasonable period to fix it before disclosing publicly. We will not pursue action against good-faith research that respects user privacy, avoids service degradation, and does not access or modify data that is not yours.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. You and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware for any dispute arising out of them.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page shows when the current version took effect, and continuing to use the site after that date means you accept it.
